About Jeremy Musighi

Jeremy Musighi is a builder, investor, and advisor in the high-tech and crypto space, and the founder and CEO of Immutable Capital, a Web3 investment and advisory firm.

A born entrepreneur, Jeremy started his first business at age 13 and has never slowed down. Before crypto, he co-founded and led two consumer web startups including Revenue.com, an advertising technology platform that grew to serve 75 million monthly unique users and more than 150,000 web properties and was acquired by EquityAds.

Jeremy entered crypto in 2013 as an investor and went on to become one of its hands-on operators. As CEO of Orb Collective — the company behind the Balancer protocol's core business — he oversaw an ecosystem valued at $1.87 billion and annual revenues exceeding $16 million. As COO of Snapshot Labs, he helped steer Web3's leading governance platform, used by 96% of DAOs. As EIR at FHE Labs and founder and CEO of Exosphere, Jeremy developed solutions at the cutting edge of the stablecoin space, helping to solve enterprise and institutional challenges by ushering fully homomorphic encryption technology to enable onchain confidentiality.

Jeremy has spoken at Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania and keynoted at global conferences including ETHDenver, ETHcc Paris, Money 20/20 Asia, Bitcoin San Francisco, DevConnect Amsterdam, ETH India, and Solana's Wormhole summit — delivering live talks in 17 countries on five continents. His commentary has been featured by NASDAQ, Cointelegraph, The Block, and CoinDesk. He is fluent in five languages and advises founders, funds, and institutions navigating programmable finance and AI.

Speaking Topics

Every talk is built from operating experience, tailored to the audience, and delivered without jargon — whether the room is 50 institutional executives or 5,000 developers.

Track 1 — Technology & the Machine Economy

01

When Agents Hold Wallets: The Collision of AI and Crypto

AI agents are becoming economic actors — transacting, negotiating, and coordinating onchain. Jeremy maps the convergence of the decade's two defining technologies from the investor's and operator's seat: agentic commerce, machine-to-machine payments, agent-run treasuries, decentralized compute, and what happens to markets when many of the participants aren't human.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • A working map of the AI × crypto stack and who's building it
  • Which use cases are live today versus still research
  • How autonomous agents change payments, governance, and market structure

Best for: AI and Web3 conferences, fintech innovation stages, corporate strategy events.

02

The Stack: L1s, L2s, Appchains, and the Infrastructure Layer

Where does value actually accrue in Web3 — base chains, rollups, appchains, or the infrastructure that connects them? Jeremy has operated at both ends: running the business of a protocol deployed across multiple network layers, and advising pioneer Layer 2 builders. This talk gives audiences a clear map of the network layer and the picks-and-shovels businesses built on top of it.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • How to evaluate L1s, L2s, and appchains without the tribal noise
  • The infrastructure categories that matter — bridges, oracles, governance tooling, wallets — and their risks
  • Where the next durable Web3 businesses will be built

Best for: developer conferences, investor summits, corporate blockchain teams.

03

DePIN: Crypto Meets the Physical World

Decentralized physical infrastructure networks — wireless, energy, compute, mapping — use token incentives to build real-world infrastructure the way open source built software. Jeremy brings two directly relevant lenses: he has helped design token incentive systems for multiple on-chain protocols, and he founded Meshnet LA, a nonprofit building decentralized internet infrastructure in Los Angeles years before "DePIN" had a name.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • The DePIN flywheel — tokens bootstrap supply, usage sustains it — and where it breaks
  • Which infrastructure categories are actually working
  • How to evaluate DePIN projects as an operator or investor

Best for: developer and investor conferences, telecom and energy innovation events, Web3 stages.

Track 2 — The Future of Money

04

The Stablecoin Era: Digital Dollars and the New Payments Stack

Stablecoins are the first crypto product that regulators, banks, and Main Street all agree on — settling trillions of dollars a year and now operating under a U.S. federal framework. Jeremy explains how digital dollars actually work, where the liquidity behind them lives — infrastructure he operated first-hand at Exosphere — and what stablecoins mean for payments companies, remittances, and corporate treasury.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • How stablecoins settle at scale and where the economics sit
  • What the new regulatory framework changes for banks and fintechs
  • Where stablecoin liquidity lives onchain and why it matters

Best for: payments and banking conferences, fintech stages, corporate treasury audiences.

05

Tokenize Everything: Real-World Assets Go Onchain

Treasuries, funds, private credit, and real estate are moving onchain — from pilot to production. Jeremy connects the two worlds he knows first-hand: institutional finance and DeFi liquidity. The result is a grounded picture of what happens when traditional assets meet 24/7 programmable markets, and where the liquidity for tokenized assets will actually come from.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • Which asset classes tokenize next and why
  • How DeFi infrastructure becomes the trading and liquidity venue for RWAs
  • A realistic roadmap — and the honest blockers — for institutional issuers

Best for: capital-markets and asset-management events, tokenization summits, banking innovation stages.

06

Information Finance: The Rise of Prediction Markets

Prediction markets have grown from curiosity into a multi-billion-dollar market rivaling traditional venues. Jeremy was early to the thesis: he helped fund prediction-market infrastructure back in 2021, and as COO of Snapshot Labs he watched thousands of communities wrestle with the exact problem prediction markets price — collective decision-making. This talk covers how information finance works, why it's eating polling, media, and risk management, and what comes after sports and elections.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • How prediction markets aggregate truth and where they beat experts
  • The market structure behind the leading venues
  • Futarchy — what happens when organizations govern by markets

Best for: fintech and trading conferences, media and data events, Web3 stages.

07

The Privacy Layer: Confidential Stablecoins and RWAs Onchain

Public blockchains expose every balance and every transaction — a non-starter for regulated issuers moving real money and real assets. As Entrepreneur in Residence at FHE Labs and founder and CEO of Exosphere, Jeremy developed encryption solutions to allow stablecoin and RWA issuers to enable confidential transactions without giving up compliance. This talk explains how fully homomorphic encryption and confidential computing make onchain finance private enough for institutions — and why privacy is the missing unlock for the next wave of adoption.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • Why transparent ledgers block serious institutional volume
  • How FHE and confidential compute keep data private while staying auditable
  • What confidential stablecoins and RWAs unlock for issuers

Best for: fintech and banking conferences, institutional and capital-markets stages, privacy and security summits.

08

Tokenomics That Work: Designing Digital Economies

Token incentives have built multi-billion-dollar ecosystems — and sank hundreds of unsuccessful attempts. Jeremy breaks down liquidity design, incentive programs, and token launches from the perspective of someone who ran them at protocol scale.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • How to evaluate a token model in ten minutes
  • Incentive designs that survive bear markets
  • What founders get wrong about liquidity

Best for: crypto/DeFi conferences, founder programs, investor summits.

09

Institutions Are Coming Onchain

Traditional finance is no longer asking whether to engage with digital assets — it's asking how. Drawing on his experience collaborating with leading financial institutions and years advising organizations navigating the landscape, Jeremy maps the institutional adoption curve: custody, compliance, tokenized assets, and the bridge risks that still stand in the way.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • A realistic institutional-adoption timeline
  • The security and compliance questions that matter
  • Where early movers are finding returns

Best for: banking and capital-markets events, Money 20/20-style fintech stages, board briefings.

10

The Future of Finance Is Programmable

What actually changes when money, markets, and ownership become software. Jeremy draws on years as an investor, advisor, and operator in the space — to separate the durable shifts from the noise, and to show where decentralized finance is already beating its traditional counterparts.

+ Takeaways & best for
  • A working mental model of DeFi without the jargon
  • Which financial functions move onchain first and why
  • How incumbents should respond in the next 24 months

Best for: fintech and banking conferences, corporate strategy offsites, executive education.
